Hunter 10U & Frey 16U Hold Second Big & Little Sister Practice

The Power Frey 16U and Hunter 10U teams held their second Big & Little Sister practice session. Their first practice three weeks ago was a big hit for both teams but did the younger team learn anything from their older sister team? The answer was a resounding "YES!".
The younger team showed immediate improvement in the first exercise of the night which was cleverly disguised as "The Bucket Game". These girls had been working hard since our last meeting and it was showing already in their improved glove work.
Next were the batting stations. Here again were the signs that the Hunter team had been working hard on grip, stance and swing path. This was made even more apparent when the girls hit the batting cages where they were again videoed and the resulting videos distributed to the coaches, players and parents via YouTube. Comparing these videos to the videos shot just three short weeks ago shows marked improvement in all areas.
The Frey team looks forward to seeing what the Hunter team has in store for it in our next practice.
